Industry Pain Points
Diversity of Raw Materials
The metallurgical industry utilizes a wide range of materials, including ironore, coke, limestone calcium silicate, and others. These materials exhibit varying properties and characteristics, necessitating differentiated equirements for mixing equipment.
Production Efficiency
The metallurgical industry demands high production efficiency, requiring intensive mixer to deliver both high processing capacity and consistent output quality to meet operational needs.
Automation Level
With the advancement of smart manufacturing, the metallurgical industry requires higher automation levels in intensive mixer. These systems must incorporate automated control, data acquisition, and analysis capabilities to enhance production efficiency and product quality. Additionally, trace ability and monitoring functions are essential.
Control and Monitoring of Mixing Processes
In the metallurgical industry, mixing processes require precise control and monitoring to ensure optimal blending effectiveness and quality. These characteristics must be incorporated into both the design and operation of intensive mixer, enhancing oversight and regulation throughout the mixing.

Preparation Technology for the Metallurgical Industry
The kontex mixing system efficiently processes residues such as dust and slag generated by sintering plants, blast furnaces, foundries, BOF steel mills, and electric arc furnaces.
Core Application Areas
The pelletizing process involves proportioning and homogenizing prepared raw materials, followed by agglomeration into green pellets of specific size on a pelletizing disc. These pellets undergo hardening through drying, roasting, or other methods to induce physical changes. The final product is referred to as iron ore pellets.
A mixture of fine concentrates and fluxes is rolled into green balls in a pelletizing machine, then dried, roasted, and consolidated to form iron-bearing raw material with superior metallurgical properties for iron and steel smelting.

Other Applications
