The Kontex KH series mixer-granulator features a unique 3D counter-current compound mixing system – the mixing bowl rotates forward while the eccentrically positioned mixing rotor spins in the opposite direction at high speed, exerting strong shearing, impact, and convection forces on the material. This combination of "high-speed rotor reverse rotation and bowl low-speed forward rotation" generates a triple motion of convection, shear, and diffusion within the machine.

In 1 minute, mixing uniformity stably reaches 99.9%.

In 3 minutes, uniform granulation is completed, with particle size adjustable from 50 μm to 5 mm as required.

Regardless of density differences between materials, they are fully dispersed and evenly distributed through intense yet orderly three-dimensional motion. In the new energy sector, mixing uniformity for cathode and anode materials achieves a CV value below 5%.
