After materials are fully dispersed and evenly distributed in the closed chamber, a smart spraying system injects binder in atomized form with precision. Under high-intensity mixing, every drop of binder is efficiently utilized – liquid bridges bind fine powders into tiny "nuclei," which then collide, compress, and coalesce to grow into granules.

Because mixing is uniform enough, there is no need for excess binder to "compensate" for poor dispersion.
